Nicholls and Clarke, Shoreditch, building had unique site character, situated on the edge of the creative and financial sectors the three buildings that constituted a series of flexible spaces were filled with history. SPACE-2 identified direct access, large windowed frontage onto the busy High Street, exposed brickwork, original wooden floors and an atmospheric former alleyway to be appreciated assets for various types of creative use. From this we enticed a variety of established brands to event within the space including Heinz and British Airways to name a few.
SPACE-2 recognise the appeal of exclusive spaces incorporating more traditional backdrops as well as more unique ‘anti-venues’. Our experiential work extends to gallery installation, collaboration with the theatre and arts communities, commercial development of high-profile museum space and those wishing to create bespoke shows in unique locations.
